About the Artist

Chun Huang also known as Michael Huang, born in Taiwan and moved to the United State in 2008, in high school he started focusing on ceramic and it became the main focus of his art medium. His art style is constantly changing, his work has been focusing on mental health, social issues, and few functional ceramic wares. He is currently in San Jose State University to finish his B.F.A in spatial. He had experience in ceramic hand building and wheel throwing for 10 years, likes to fire gas kilns for fun. He also spent a little too much time in college so he picked up a few other skills during that time like photography, glass work, small metal, computer programing, etc.
